I just wanted to say how grateful I am for all your amazing efforts over lockdown. It’s always a worry when you have to be separated for work purposes, but I always know A is safe and has an amazing time at school.

Like most children, A has struggled being away from his closest friends and not able to partake in after school clubs etc. But is always content at school and loves to work hard and gain achievements for it. However today – he was particularly excited about school, knowing he had all these ‘World Book Day’ activities look forward to.

But, seeing him running out of school today smiling, telling me how amazing it was and how school had up-levelled. It really my day. Nothing beats seeing your children happy.

I thought I’d share my appreciation with you all and just say a massive Thankyou – for always stepping up and making life so much easier.

Well done PJS, you’re doing an amazing job under these circumstances. With a special thanks to Mrs Garty.

Hope it all runs smoothly next week and I wish you the best of luck with your coming weeks – leading up to Easter.

Thankyou.

Good morning, I just wanted to say thank you all so much, you have worked amazingly. A has learnt so much from your lessons (as have I). I will miss your zoom calls and you great taste of music and sense of humour, every teacher and LSA/TA have been helpful, so supportive and encouraging. A has always loved Maths and you kept pushing him, Mrs Forrester has given A a passion for reading (I will have to get a copy of pig heart boy for me to find out what happens) and Mrs Baylie you have expanded A’s vocabulary and understanding how to write great pieces of work so much. We ALL loved French with Mr Innes and have learnt so much. Your enthusiasm in every topic you guys put together has been outstanding, so creative and well planned. Once again I can not thank you all enough, enjoy your weekend and A will see you all next week.

Thank you for your kind words, I am enjoying spending the time with A and helping him with his work. He does happily work independently but I think it’s nice for us both at the moment to work together too 😊We have had a lovely afternoon doing cave paintings with watercolours this afternoon…. I ended up painting three! Even A joined in, after she had finished her online work for school!

Thank you for everything you are doing too. It must be so very hard for you all in school. Like having two jobs I am sure…. being in school teaching as well as having to prepare everything online as well as marking too! Phew! Incredible job ⭐️ thank you.

See you tomorrow online! Have a good evening.

Hello Mr Gibbs,

Thank you for your kind message and your lovely comments regarding A’s work.

I hope you manage to have a well-deserved rest over the weekend as you and all the teachers work extremely hard to provide our children with the tools needed to have successful homeschooling.

Hello Mrs Gray, Mrs Garty and Mr Gibbs

I know A messaged you in the zoom chat this morning. I also want to thank you for being there when we have needed you and keep up the great work.

Google Classroom is much better than what we were doing the first lockdown.

Please remember you guys are just as amazing as the kids. I love reading the little messages you send daily.

Dear Mr Williams, Mrs Garty, Mrs Baylie and the whole team at PJS,

I just wanted to send over a note of thanks for all of your help and support this past term.

Both [our children] have settled in wonderfully in these difficult circumstances and I feel very lucky that they go to your school which has been so brilliant.

I have always found everyone so helpful and supportive – so I wanted to say a quick thank you.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a well-earned break!

Dear Mr Williams and to all the members of staff at Purbrook Junior School,

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for all of your hard work.I can’t begin to imagine how difficult this term has been for you all. You have all done a fantastic job. I am so grateful and appreciative for the sacrifices, dedication and risks you have all took to keep, not just my child, but all the children safe.  I have felt quite comfortable sending [my child] in every day, knowing he has still been able to access an excellent education but in a safe and caring environment, no different to what he was receiving before the pandemic.I wish you all a very happy and safe Christmas with your families. You certainly deserve it!

I wanted to say thank you for all the effort you’ve put in during this awful time. You and the teachers and Mr Williams are all absolute superheroes, you’ve gone above and beyond to keep our children safe despite having to deal with difficult Government decisions and constantly changing guidelines. I know I speak on behalf of many parents when I say we’re so, so grateful for everyone’s hard work.

Hi Mr Gibbs,

I just wanted to email to say thank you.

We’ve just collected A’s report and your kind words and praise about him literally brought tears to my eyes.

I wanted to thank you for being an incredible teacher for A. In the months he had with you he has really excelled and grown in confidence in his abilities, especially with his multiplication skills. It is a shame that he couldn’t finish his school year with you.

Enjoy your summer break and take care.
