Dear Parents/Carers

I would like to invite you to attend one of our Parents’ Evenings on Wednesday 3rd and Wednesday 10thNovember 2021.  Unfortunately during this time of COVID it is not possible to welcome you into school to meet with your child’s class teacher. However, we have arranged, via Schoolcloud, for video appointments to take place.

The system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

A short guide on how to book appointments is included with this letter. There is also a useful video from Schoolcloud available at the following link: https://vimeo.com/473882995

Only one appointment per teacher per child can be made, however you can invite another person (parent) to join your video appointment. (Please see attached guide on how to do this).  If you require a separate appointment (i.e. for estranged parents) please contact the school office.

If you have more than 1 child attending Purbrook Junior School, you should be able to log into the system using one child’s details, but book appointments for all children at the same time.

The appointment system will open on Thursday 21st October at 6pm. Please visit https://purbrookjunior.schoolcloud.co.uk to book your appointments.

You will need to log in with the following information:

  • Your first name
  • Your surname
  • Child’s first name
  • Child’s surname
  • Child’s date of birth

Yours sincerely

Mr C Williams
